Maryland Printmakers' 2007 Fall Membership Meeting
Location: Home of Darryl Marsan
Date: Date: 12/16/2007

The 2007 Fall Membership Meeting of Maryland Printmakers will be held Sunday, December 16th, 2007 from 1:00 p.m until around 4:00 p.m.

This years event will take place at the home of acting MP President Darryl Marsan (darryl_marsan@yahoo.com).

There will be a standard Board meeting with the following old business:

- Filling the Treasurer and Secretary Board seats.
- Digitally manipulated print standards.
- Standard for digital (CD) archives of Maryland Printmakers slides.

The following new business will also need to be considered:

- Filling the Newsletter coordinator seat.
- Offering a "student" folio exchange that packages a one year enrollment to the Maryland Printmakers and a folio exchange opportunity.
- Start the 2008 folio exchange, which will include a discussion on reducing the cost to participate to a break-even activity for the Maryland Printmakers (around $25).

These seats NEED to be filled by eager individuals willing to make a contribution to Maryland Printmakers. Remember, we are an all VOLUNTEER organization which can only effectively operate with our members' participation. Please consider these important positions and let me know if you are interested!

Lastly, after the meeting, I would like to have some light fare (covered dishes, treats, etc) and a show and tell from our folio exchange participants. I think it would be a great way to investigate processes and artistic direction of our folio participants.

Driving directions will be mailed to the membership shortly.

If you have questions, comments or contributions please contact Darryl Marsan (darryl_marsan@yahoo.com)
