9th Annual American Landscapes
A National Juried Exhibition Open to All Media
September 17- October 18, 2009

Postmark Deadline: June 30, 2009

Hand delivered entries accepted at the Circle Gallery until Tuesday July, 7th.

The Maryland Federation of Art invites all artists residing in the United States to enter its 9th Annual American Landscapes exhibition, a nationally open-juried mixed media competition. Any two or three dimensional work depicting the American landscape will be considered.
 
Janet Turner 8th National Print Competition & Exhibition 2010
Since 1995 the Friends of the Turner Print Museum has sponsored a biennial national print competition with a series of distinguished jurors: Marion Epting, Karl Kasten, Joan Driesbach, Joan Prior Armstrong and John Armstrong, Lloyd Menard and most recently, Deborah Cornell. This exhibition attracts the best of the established and emerging print artists. Four awards are collection purchase awards, so the prints are added to the JTPM collection for use as study/research topics, individual artist research and exhibition display.

7th RWA Open Print Exhibition and Impact Conference
RWA Open Print exhibition, which will be a key part of the wider IMPACT conference this year.

A survey of contemporary printmaking selected from open submission. The exhibition will also include examples of recent works by invited artists from Japan, Russia and Poland.

Other special features include bookplates and print works in three dimensions.

Exhibition dates: 9 August - 19 September 2009

Call for Entries - Maryland Printmakers Frostburg State University Show
Show dates: Friday, October 16 through Sunday, November 8, 2009

Maryland Printmakers is pleased to announce that Frostburg State University will be hosting a show for our members. The show is titled (TBA). The gallery can exhibit about 35 to 40 artworks.
